In addition to ejunction basic computer and communication skill program, ejunction has planned to provide BPO executive training to the ejunction students as a Top up of their basic program so that chances of employability increase. To do this ejuncion has partnered with Tata Business Support Services (Tata BSS).

TATA Basic Employability Skill Training (T-BEST) is a project is to enhance individual employability and provide an alternative for those pursuing higher education without particular interest or purpose. The first batch of 25 students is receiving training at Vivekananda Sardha Shatavarsha Smarak Bhavan at 490,Dumdum Park from 15th of February , 2016.
