On 12th April 2013 at about 10 in the morning a Mock Interview workshop conducted by Persona Watch was attended by 22 freshers at Rasik Bhita.

In the morning session the interviews were conducted by three panellists who asked the interviewees questions related to their area of specialisation and interest. The whole process was video recorded by the members of the Persona watch team.

Post lunch session was mainly feedback session. Each interviewee was shown a part of her video recorded interview and mistakes related to body language were corrected by the interviewers. The interview of the student who had given the best answer was shown so that others could understand how to give proper answers. Later they were given their assessment marks and the best three interviewees were given a small token of appreciation by the Persona Watch team.
