When I first joined the Web designing course at Rasik Bhita, I never imagined in my dreams that I
would get a chance to work for Bhavna Records Company. My responsibilities included designing CD
covers, backstage designs for programs of various reputed artists and design for the Youtube
Channel of the company, in a creative and innovative way. At first I felt intimidated, but as days
passed I gained confidence and was able to deliver the requirements, based on what I had learnt at
Rasik Bhita. Now I have slowly learnt to manage my workload and focus on my creative ideas.

Payal Sarkar hails from Salkia, a small town in West Bengal. Daughter of a fisherman, she fought
against all odds to complete her training in Financial Accountancy. By the dint of sheer grit and hard
work, she a secured a place in a Jute Mill with a salary of Rs. 15000/- per month.  Payal’s journey
tells us a tale of success in the midst of all hardships and challenges.

My father is a taxi driver and my mother is a housewife. In the hope of getting a job, I had applied to Kamarhati Municipality, to enroll myself in a course. In 2019 I got the opportunity to do a course at Sri Sarada Math, Rasik Bhita. We could do our classes till February 2020 but due to the lockdown, it was not physically possible to go to Rasik Bhita to attend classes. But the full course was completed online. All the respected teachers helped us and I was able to complete the course. Formal exams were held on 28/12/20. I had taken admission in the course in the hope of getting a job and due to the lockdown the necessity was more acute. Rasik Bhita sent me for an interview and I was selected for the job. At present I am working with Futuregrowth Infotech. I am very pleased to work here.

I joined Rasik Bhita and did Financial accounting course. After completing my course I have joined in a company named Zebra Institution as a Junior Accountant. This course helped me to shape up my career as an accountant. I learnt discipline, values and work ethics in soft skill course which are helpful in every aspect of life. This institution will always stay close to my heart.

I am doing a job at Asklepia Health LLP as a Telecaller just because of Rasik Bhita. I am very grateful to be a part of this Institution of my choice and thanks to all the teachers of Rasik bhita for shaping the best years of my life. This beautiful experience is priceless. I will always remain thankful to my institute for making me who I am today. There have been times when life was difficult and our teachers have taught us to fight in difficult times. Last but not the least thanks to all the teachers of Rasik Bhita.

In 2019 I took admission at Sri Sarada Math Rasik Bhita in Ms Office and Communicative English ( Beginners’ level). At this institution the teaching process was really appreciable and all the teachers were very helpful and this encouraged me to do the next course. Then I took admission in Advanced Ms Office and communicative English (Pre Intermediate level). Due to the pandemic situation we had to go online and the online teaching process was also very good. All the teachers were always there for us in every confusion. I also completed M-junction course at free of cost. In the meantime Rasik Bhita informed me of a job vacancy in Serampore Vivid Pvt. Ltd. for the post of assistant HR. I was selected and got appointed there in the month of June. I am really grateful to everyone there.
