A two-day workshop focused on essential workplace skills was successfully conducted at Sri Sarada Math Rasik Bhita on Saturday and Sunday, 12th and 13th July 2025. Around 60 students attended this workshop.
On Day 1, the workshop began with an intensive session on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, conducted by Sharmi Sarkar, Senior Trainer cum Training Consultant TCS, providing students with problem-solving strategies essential for competitive environments. The second half was dedicated to an informative session on Digital Marketing, conducted by our in-house faculty, Trisha Hazra, computer teacher, introducing students to the world of online business and branding.
Day 2 opened with a session conducted by Anupa Dasgupta, a Service Designer, focused on the application of AI in the workplace, bridging the gap between emerging technologies and practical application. The final session, on the Do’s and Don’ts of Corporate Etiquette and Interview Readiness, was led by Sreemayee Chakrabarty, Assistant General Manager - Corporate Talent Development Function, TCS. This session offered valuable tips on professional behaviour, preparing the students for job interviews.
Each session lasted for 3 hours, allowing for in-depth exploration of the topics along with interactive discussions.
The workshop offered students a comprehensive understanding of the skills essential for today’s professional environment.
