Career Steps Professional Development Training and Recruitment Institute conducted a Pre-Placement Soft-Skills Training program at our campus. The training program primarily focused on enhancing the key Soft-Skills and developing professional aptitude of students for either a corporate or a research-based career.
The training program included following sessions(13 Sessions, 2 hours each):
1) Interview Preparation
2) Group Discussion Rounds
3) Video Inference
4) Art of Presentation
5) Project Management
6) Professional Email Writing
7) Profile & Resume Building
Around 42 students from Rasik Bhita were benefited through the training program.
