To light up lives with the joy of festivities, 95 needy girls were provided with new clothes on the occasion of Durga Puja celebrations. The event took place at the Rasik Bhita premises and like every year it was specially celebrated with a divine touch, where clothes were distributed to the girls perceiving them as manifestations of the Divine Mother. Pravrajikas Asheshaprana Mataji and Nikhilprana Mataji, from Sister Nivedita Heritage Musem Baghbazar, graced the occasion and commenced the event by offering flowers to Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi amidst chanting of hymns from Sri Sri Chandi by the students of Rasik Bhita and performing arati of the universal presence of Divine Mother in everyone present at the occasion. The girls were garlanded, their foreheads anointed with sandalpaste followed by distribution of new clothes and lunch packets.
