On 26th February 2026, Sri Sarada Math, Rasik Bhita organized a Job Fair at its Dakshineswar campus to connect students with potential employers. Seven organizations from multiple industries—such as CA firms, consultancy, BPO and telecalling, NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Services), and HR services—joined the fair to recruit candidates.
Around 72 girls participated, comprising both Rasik Bhita students and external candidates. Several candidates secured direct training opportunities, while many were shortlisted for further interview rounds. The event helped students explore job opportunities and gain confidence through real interview experience, enabling them to prepare better for future career prospects—even if they were not selected.
