Nearly 12 teachers of Rasik Bhita and 4 teachers from Hiralal Mazumdar Memorial College attended the workshop “Looking Back, Looking Ahead” on 11th January 2019 conducted by Smt. Lipika Phani, a practising Life skill coach trainer and a retired software professional.
Smt. Phani made use of role plays, videos and activities to explain how to build self-esteem and goal setting.
During the whole workshop, teachers had fun while learning as they discovered how they can become self-confident individuals with positive self-worth.
