A Youth Convention for girls (Age 17 – 30 yrs) was organized by Sri Sarada Math Rasik Bhita
on 3rd March 2024, Sunday, at the Rasik Bhita 24/1 R.N Tagore premises. Revered
Pravrajikas Atandraprana Mataji and Jnanadaprana Mataji, General Secretary and Assistant
Secretary, Sri Sarada Math & Ramakrishna Sarada Mission respectively, graced the occasion
by their august presence and motivating speeches. Among the other speakers were
Pravrajika Vedarupaprana Mataji, Principal, Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Vivekananda
Vidyabhavan College, Pravrajika Atmabodhaprana Mataji from Sri Sarada Math, Dr. Sumita
Roy, former HOD of English, Osmania University, Hyderabad, eminent psychologist Dr.
Nilanjana Sanyal and Dr. Debanjan Sengupta, Physician, eminent writer and speaker. The
students very enthusiastically participated in the Activity Session ‘Slogan Time’ where they
created their own catchy slogans on the changes they want to see among the youth of India.
The students of Rasik Bhita also presented a skit ‘The Vivekananda Way’ based on Swamiji’s
ideal of service. Around 220 students from Colleges and Universities in and around Kolkata
attended the Convention and immensely enjoyed and benefited from the Convention.
