Training & Placement by TCS & MJunction :
A rare opportunity reached the doors of Rasik Bhita when TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and M-Junction as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility came forward to give special training in Corporate etiquette & Communicative English to the unemployed graduates of Rasik Bhita (preferably the scheduled caste and low income group) with the intention of absorbing them on completion of the training. More than 350 students are successfully working in the non-voice BPO sector of TCS. In addition to this, Rasik Bhita also has the rare distinction of being the first such institute in the East zone, where the CSR programme of TCS first took concrete shape.
